Service Description

20 minute zoom session to create a custom affirmation to take forward on your body image healing journey and set intentions for your boudoir session. Affirmations are short phrases to be repeated throughout your day as a reminder of your strength, sovereignty, and beauty. During this session we'll create one that is custom to YOU and where you're at on your journey. Setting an intention for your boudoir session allows us to stay focused during your session. It allows us to maximize our time together as well as focus on accentuating your assets and healing your perception of your body.
